Shipping & Return Policy
Domestic Shipping Policy:
All domestic orders are handled via USPS or UPS options which includes tracking and delivery confirmation. Orders usually ship same day but may take up to 3 business days to process as long as no items within your order are on back order status. If you are curious as to exactly how long a package will take, get in touch and we'll give you an accurate turnaround.
International Shipping Policy:
We offer USPS International and UPS options. USPS First Class Package International is our least expensive shipping method however, transit times are inconsistent, at times taking up to 2 months to arrive. Please be aware that once your package leaves the U.S. it will be your responsibility to follow up with your local post office. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries or lost shipments. We highly recommend choosing an upgraded shipping method if you're concerned about transit issues.
Please be aware that your country may charge customs duties and taxes which we are not in control of and are not responsible for. Buyers pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, all we need from you is your order number and a brief email explaining what the issue is sent to email@example.com. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
NOTE: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and may not receive a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are not returnable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be e-mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

After we receive your products, you will be contacted with additional tracking information for your exchange, or receive notification of your refunded transaction. NOTE: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
